1. Project Agreements
All custom web development, SaaS engineering, and IT consulting services are governed by formal Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed between Wizzling and the client.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of project milestone fees, custom source code, application assets, and design files created for the client become the sole property of the client unless specified otherwise in the SOW.
